If you re-register your Software Token or another authentication app afterwards, you will receive a new Emergency Removal Password. Please note that the Emergency Removal Password can only be used once. Should you no longer have access to your Software Token/authentication app, you can remove it from your account using the Emergency Removal Password by visiting the following URL and following the on-screen instructions: You can view your Emergency Removal Password on the One-Time Password page under Token Usage Status by logging into the Square Enix Account Management System (). If you do not remove your Software Token/authentication app from your Square Enix account beforehand and no longer have your Emergency Removal Password, you will be unable to log into your game or other services using that account.
